A BBC/AHRC New Generation Thinker and former news reporter, I have written and recorded programmes for BBC Radio Three and Four and have appeared live at the Whitby Lit Fest, London Library LitFest, Hay Festival, the BBC’s Free Thinking Festival, the Durham Book Festival, the Books on Tyne Festival and the Contains Strong Language Festival to talk about my work. I regularly interview writers at live events including at the National Centre for Writing and UEA Live.
